Just woke up and saw this new campaign on MDC of Hanne by Ryan McGinley for Missoni. Finally! Something new.

Aussies Malcolm Carfrae and Julie Anne Quay hosted cocktails and a dinner for the Australians in New York Fashion Foundation Wednesday night and what a blast that was. And so many of my faves from down under. Pippa, Christian, Elyse Taylor, Michael Angel, Will Davdison and the always bad-ass Nicole Trunfio, who looked amazing in one of Michael's designs.

Forbes.com has put out a list of the Top 10 male models in the world. Check it out!
If your as big of a Grace Jones freak as I am, you'll love these recent interviews I found toolin' around on the web the other night. Unfortunately YouTube doesn't allow them to be embedded and passed around, so here is Part 1 and here is Part 2. This one's for all you die-hards.
Remember the Sex and the City episode where Samantha's bangin' the guy and having to deal with his asshole maid? Well guess what, it really happens. In fact, the other night I'm headin' uptown with a girlfriend (who's boyfriend has had the same cleaning woman for 10 yrs.) and realized just how much of a reality that is for some women. As she predicted...toiletries hidden, drawers emptied, clothes put away and in a mess..the list goes on. Can you imagine? I'd soooo put her ass in check.

With the exception of Karl, I've never been asked what someone "was like" to photograph, more than Victoria Beckham. The night I shot her uptown at the Armani opening she was being interviewed for 60 Minutes by Cynthia McFadden, and I had no idea if I'd have another chance to snag a shot of her later that night. So, I clicked away.
Having just heard the most hysterical story about her (over the weekend from a mutual friend) and then coming across a folder of images from that night, I thought it'd be kinda fun to share these shots. And for all you who've asked, I loved shooting her. She was totally normal and has a great sense of humor. (And no she's not red or orange, she was standing under colored lights.)

Guess what! Williamsburg got a bowling alley! A big phat one. It's on Wythe at N 11th and I guarantee it's the coolest bowling alley you've ever seen. And the food is sick! Check it out!

Uh...ya, so basically it went OFF on the Bowery last night. Like off off! Philip Lim threw a Michael Jackson blowout and people dressed up, danced their asses off and paid homage to the King of Pop. SOOO much fun! Click here for pics.

One of my favorite Brazilians Miro Moreira was just booted off, what appears to be, Brazil's version of Big Brother. Which, I didn't even know he was on. I'm sure he was a real ratings grabber though and they've put together a goodbye montage of his time on the show. I love Miro.

Did everyone throw down over the 4th? I had an amazing weekend except for the obnoxious building that blocked my entire view of the fireworks. So, if like me you weren't able to catch the show or you're just into seeing some amazing skyline views of NYC, you're in for a treat. My little skater buddy Nolan (who happened to be on an East-side rooftop, and is quite the cameraman) captured some amazing footage from the night. Enjoy!
And for more of Nolan's vids check out his YouTube page.

I know everyone's seen this, but I just cannot get enough of Anna's reaction when the guy tells her the photographer didn't shoot the dress because he didn't like it (1:44). I think it's so funny.

So I spent the first half of Men's SS 2010 bitter, in rainy New York, and the second half in a Michael Jackson k-hole. Here's my two-cent observations while lying in bed the other night at 3am, clickin' through the shows. Starting with two new faces that caught my eye.
DNA's Robert Rae from Canada I've been wanting to shoot for months. Unfortunately he hasn't been in town, so I was happy to see his face on the runway. And not just any catwalk, Burberry, Trussardi, Ferragamo, Dunhill, Raf Simmons and YSL. Not a bad way to start your first season.
And then Major's Patrick Kafka who also booked a slew of good shows, and rightfully so. Everyone wanted a piece of this 17 year old from Vienna, including Zegna, Bottega Veneta, Dolce, Moschino, D Squared, Trussardi, Hugo Boss, Galliano, and he even a snagged a spot at Jil Sander.
WHO IS THIS BOY?!? And don't tell me Thomas from VNY.
This is Thomas.
Here, here's another shot of him. I think he's amazing.
Dominique Hollington's goin strong.
Ian Jones was back.
So was Ryan Taylor.
AJ killed it.
Gabriel Aubrey at LV? Uh...okay.
Four great faces I've never seen. One.
And two who's names I can't remember.
Both look amazing.
Clint Mauro- YUM.
Vincent, again, was everywhere.
Another shot of Patrick Kafka, looking very cute.
Dennis Johnson always looks good.
VMAN finalist Aiden Andrews who I knew would do well. Here he is at YSL.
And then contest winner Jake at Calvin.
Who tied with CJ.
Beautiful faced boy.
This kid is SO cool..I love seeing him backstage and he always does well.
Love the look, love the boy.
I'm so bored.
Another shot of the beautiful boy who's name I can't remember.
Super hot (and super funny) Blake Kuchta.
Nate Gill had a great first season.
Chris Pulliam, the sweetest kid ever.
New face and Calvin exclusive Phillipp Schmidt.
And Simon Nessman, who still can do no wrong.
