So I've gone from "taking model gigs" to doing castings when I can (I'm sorry I miss model money too much,) which, can be pretty fun sometimes. Especially when I run in to guys I'm usually shooting. Like my buddy Charles Devoe. So funny. He was 43 and I was 44.

Okay bitches! Get ready. Here is your exclusive sneak preview of the amazing Summer swimsuit issue Mario Testino shot for V59! (On newsstands next week.) They had originally sent me shots of the girls to run but, of course, I emailed back saying "No!! The guys!"
However, in fairness to all you straight boys out there, I'm gonna go ahead and let you see some of the girls as well, as it's such an amazing line-up. 48 pages of hot-bod after hot-bod, with everyone from Eva Herzigova, David Gandy and Gisele to Kate Moss, Daria and Garrett Neff. And wait til you see the covers! You'll die!

Go to V Magazine for video preview!

Okay, so while everyone else was enjoying the sun over the weekend (which I was at one point) I was falling on my face. Like, hard. You'd think from this shot Suvi snapped, I'd done some big butch manly thing, but the truth is, I just fell. Ugh. How am I the only one that doesn't drink that ends up falling on my face? Click below to hear me scream like a big girl.

Jessica Stam (aka Messika Sham) had a birthday bash over on the West side at The Gates Friday night. Of course I had to pop by and give 'er some lovin. Heidi Mount was there so I was like a pig in shit. Along with Jessica Szohr, Derek Blasberg (photographer Derek Blasberg) and Chace Crawford. SO much fun! HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESS!!

Remember the hot Brazilian boy from Men's last Summer I covered as "Favorite Brazilian Model?" Well it turns out his name is Jean Carlos and he's with MC2. AND he's in town.

Bea Arthur has died. I can't believe it. I grew up watching Bea Arthur, first as Maude, and then of course, like everyone else, an entire decade as the incomparable Dorothy Zbornak. She was MAJ Bea Arthur.
With her deep voice and ballsy character, she tackled such issues as racism and women's rights, and was one of the first to address the AIDS pandemic at a time when no one else would. She was a legend and a trailblazer and there will never be another like her.
RIP Bea Arthur.

Years ago, when Ralph Lauren opened their first store on South Beach, they hired Erich Conrad (THE Erich Conrad..what's up bitch?) to throw a party. I got a call from Erich to come by and help polaroid boys (back before I was even shooting) to work the event. So, I did.
They came, we snapped, they left. And then in walked Channing Tatum. This hot new face with a background as a dancer. He plopped in the chair, spread his legs, and gave it to the lens. "He's gonna be a star," Erich said, as he walked out. I guess he was right.

Okay so, boys boys boys, queens with money in their pockets to burn, and free drinks. That's all I remember about Jeffrey's Fashion Cares event (which raised tons of money for GMHC) over on the West side last-night. That and Garrett, Sean and Brad, who I always love catching up with and all three looked amazing.
The highlight of the night (apparently) was this young Latin kid who would be opening the show and who I'd never seen. "Who are you with?" "Ford," he said with his shy little accent. Moments later I was bum-rushed by queens, "Did you talk to him? What did he say? Is he nice?" I'm like "Who?" "Jesus Luz!! That's who you were talking to!!" Uh..okay. I guess. Sweet kid nontheless.
But not even Madonna's latest boy-toy could steal the spotlight from the caliber of guys Andrew Weir had put together. Which (besides being for charity) is the main reason I shoot this event. You know I love me an off-season show and it's always an all-star line-up of the best in the biz, donating their time to charity, which makes for a very chill evening. And please, Parker Gregory in a Speedo? You know I'm all over that.
