Now don't go thinkin cuz I was raggin' on Sarah Palin's twat the other day, and now here I am doing another post (Thanksgiving day no doubt) that I've got some big ax to grind or something. I just figured since this day is all about what we're suppose to be thankful for I'd give thanks for Obama winning the election A) and B) keeping this crazy loon away from the White House.
Now watch this clip of the real Sarah Palin as she "hurdy-gurdy's" on while a live-bird gets shoved down a grinder, headfirst, just over her shoulder. (You almost can't tell which is the real her.) I'd like to also give thanks to the Republicans for putting her on their ticket! Thanks guys!
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! See you next week!

So here's a post for you about a bunch of stuff I never thought I'd be writing about. Accept that last week there seemed to be so much crazy shit going on I just couldn't resist.
Like did you ever think you'd be seeing a photo of Prince William's penis?!? Add that to the list of things I never thought about, that actually happened. I felt so bad for him when I saw it, I guess it just goes to show the depths the paparazzi and tabloids will sink to make money. Poor guy, can't even take a piss in private.
Gucci Designer Frida Giannini made a big splash in New York last week hosting a dinner for Unicef. However, surprisingly (or not) it was Madonna in Louis Vuitton that stole the show. Not such a newsworthy item if it weren't so calculated. I guess the days of the "British Lady" act are over and we've got our old Madonna back.
Suri Cruise (who's face I never thought would appear on this blog) was named "Most Influential Baby of the Year" by (are you ready for this?) Forbes Magazine! I guess my only question is "What the hell's going on over at Forbes that they're reporting on the "Hottest Tots of Hollywood?"
And last but not least, The Clinton's. Good ole Bill and Hillary. Who are looking more and more like the same person each day. As if Obama being elected President wasn't unprecedented enough, Hillary's potential appointment as Secretary of State and what that means for our popular ex-President are the craziest sign of these uncharted times I've seen yet.
Which brings me to Lady Bunny. Yes Lady Bunny. Nothing like a good joke to bring you down to reality and when I heard her quip about Sarah Palin last week, I died. So, "What's the difference between Sarah Palin's mouth and her twat?"
"Nothing stupid ever came out of her twat!"
Good ole Lady Bunny!

I'm sure you're all expecting tons of fabulous outtakes of Tyler Lough. He DID inspire the Dressing Up Dressing Down story, after all. But unfortunately a lot of his film came out too dark..ugh. The good news is I'm gonna post a couple anyways because people just can't seem to get enough of this little hottie from the Midwest.
Victoria's Secret is no longer just for the Kourkova's and Klum's of the world. And if the girls on the runways these days are "too skinny" then how have so many of them turned up on the catwalk of the world's most curvaceous catalog?
Of course there's Behati (our little girl's all grown-up) who is the first to front the company's latest line, PINK. As well as catwalk queens Maryna Lynchuk, Anne V, Shannan Click and Abbey Lee.
They were all down in South Beach last weekend for this years show which will air Dec. 3rd and it looks like it was a lot of fun. Click here for a behind-the-scenes look courtesy of Paolo and Models.com.

Does anyone know Amber Smith? She's on that show Celebrity Rehab, which I spent Saturday in bed watching. Apparently she was a bombshell model in the 90's and addicted to opiates the whole time. I've fallen in love with her and wish her the best with her recovery. I think she's so beautiful. And very real.
I hit Paper's Nightlife Awards Sunday night. It was out of control! SOOO many freaks. Which Michael Musto told me was how he felt most comfortable, "Being in a room full of freaks." I decided to attend, sans camera, which meant being an actual guest (for a change) as opposed to shooting.
It sounded like a good idea except for forgetting that as a guest you don't have to arrive at the venue way ahead of time. So there I sat, bored, while everyone scurried around getting the place ready for the event. Thank GOD Honey Dijon showed up and the night took off. Like WAY off.
Kudo's to Alexander Wang for winning the CFDA's highest prize of $200,000 and a year's mentorship. (Yet another party I should've shot but didn't wanna go out in the cold.) Well done Alexander!

I shot PIN-UP's launch party uptown last week. And though I know nothing about the world of architecure, I got to see a lot of fun people I hadn't seen in awhile. KT, Sloan, Armand, Benajmin Liu, The Brian's (Molloy and Phillips), Felix, James Valeri, Jay, Jorge, and this cute French guy called Alex. It was a very chill party.
The highlight was this guy Peter Marino who's apparently a big art director or designs stores or something. He was very cool and the sharpest looking guy in the room.
Look for a slideshow over at V today or tomorrow.

I've been 0n the peripheral of the Prop 8 protests that are taking place all over the nation this week. First in LA and now here in the city. For someone like myself, who attended ACT UP and Queer Nation rallies in my late teens and early twenties, I have to say I'm shocked that in the year of a black man being elected President, the nation is once again clashing over Gay Rights. It's like a million steps forward and two million back.
If you are a New Yorker and would like to show your support, you can go to City Hall this Saturday at 1:30pm and join in the protest for equality. Otherwise, you can go to jointheimpact.com for information on how you can get involved in your area.
I shot the CK presentation yesterday and what a goldmine that was. Literally. I could not have been happier about it. Models? Yoga? Models? Yoga? Needless to say the models won out. And it turned out to be a lot of fun. Not only was I able to get much needed relief from the cold and wet outside, but I discovered the most beautiful Russian girl. Her name is Katty and she's with NY Models.
Don't get too excited, there were other highlights. Like Wilhelmina's new Russian hottie Vlad, who everyone is talking about. Not a bad way to start the day, huh?
Paper was a big part of my fun out in LA last week. Mr. Mickey, Carol Lee, David Hershkovitz (who I love) Monica, Emily..SO much fun! They've got party pics up on the site from their "Last Supper" Sunday night. You can check out my latest crush (who you'll be seeing a lot more of) newcomer and Chi Chi LaRue exclusive Jeremy Bilding.
I'm tellin' you, you can't swing a handbag on Park Ave during the week without hitting half a dozen models. I ran in to Noah out on the street workin on a fresh batch of polaroids with his agent and just happened to have my crappy little point-and-shoot on me. Whassup Noah?

The last day of Men's (Paris) I finished up my last show, grabbed a smoke with some of the guys and walked along the Seine. That is until I got a call from the gang over at Karl's studio to come play. So, I did.
I arrived to find Raquel sitting in hair and make-up, decked-out a'la Charlotte Stockdale. I was exhausted so I spent most of the night on these big comfy large couches, which are new in the studio, with my girl Amanda Harlech. We shot the shit and watched the magic happen late into the night.
Karl said he'd be running the negatives of what he shot and when you saw it on the screen it was hard to believe no-one had thought of it before. It was very cool and a fun night. There's a preview of what's to come over on the V site, or you can just wait and see it large and glossy in the issue.
There's nothing I hate more than flying these days than getting to my seat and realizing I'm seated next to the "douche-bag-straight-guy." You know the one. On his phone up until take-off, standing in the aisle as people are trying to get to their seats, re-capping his weekend at the top of his lungs for everyone to hear how fabulous he is.
Why he's not in first-class for this flight, his night at Mr. Chow's fending off the A-list actress who was trying to "get on him," (who he turned down because he could tell she was just "after his money") and of course, the "Benz." (Which, after SIX times of hearing it, became more like an actual person than a weekend rental). Ugh. Why me!!??
And of course he's a complete troll. Like, seriously dude, sit down and shut the fuck up already.

NOT!! Ahhhh-Haaaaa!! Gotcha! Anyways, tell all your friends, V's gone digital!

Hey! What's up bitches?!? Greetings from out West! I never thought I'd be saying this but LA's actually been great. It's not such a surprise considering week long trips in the sun and a quick get away from the cold are exactly what this city's good for. I guess the problem is when you decide to pick up and move here based on a long weekend spent in a convertible in the dead of a New York winter. (What was I thinking?)
The people and traffic haven't even gotten to me thus far and with the Paper Mag crew out here there's been plenty of fun. Parties, porn stars, dinners, celebs and, of course, work. Plenty of work. The only drawback has been that the entire city is suffering from sinuses and allergies and it's dry like I've never seen. Everyone's miserable. All and all it's been a great week though and I'll be back soon.
Oh and I've got that crappy little point-and-shoot on me, so expect loads of rinky-dink little pics. Like this one I snapped while catching up with the gang over at Blum and Poe.

Yes this is my third post on Joey Kirchner. I can't help it. How was I to know after writing about him last week I'd end up shooting him the very next day?
And I loved working with him. He's confident in all the right places and extremely easy-going. And his body's sick! He's got this whole skater-kid thing happening, though he's a hockey man from up North. Really nice kid.
So I'm having lunch with a couple friends a few weeks back and we end up talking about (you guessed it) Facebook. And how we've all decided to keep our accounts to people we actually know. Or know of. Or have at least met.
There I am just rambling on about how I've got like 500 pending "friend requests" and how bad I feel for not accepting any of them..blah blah blah...when someone pipes in, "500!?! You've got 500 pending friend requests??"
"You should do a post on that," says another.
So. Here's my post about how I've got friend requests out the wazoo, and how bad I feel for not accepting any of them. The number's gone up since then and, yes, I'm still feeling bad.
