Barack Obama

So here's my two cents on Obama. As much as I'm wanting to jump on the "Time For Change" bandwagon, I'm afraid it's going to take more than charisma and what he's done for Chicago to win my vote. And he doesn't seem to say anything. Just a lot of posturing and catch phrases with no definitive solutions.

As robotic and seemingly void of personality as Hillary appears to be, I can only hope that come election day Americans will realize she is our strongest hope (warts and all) to go head-to-head against a seasoned John McCain. Who will not be as easy on Obama and will become increasingly more attractive as the last-minute alternative for those unable to put a woman or black man in office.

And would it really be so bad to have Bill back in the White House? It's like two for the price of one. With Obama I'm afraid all we're getting is a little charm and a lot of hope.

For the land of many varieties and variations ( tall , grande, skim, soy, half cream full cream, late, with or without flavours ) you guys don't really seem to get much choice when it comes canditates for the presidency, like a choice of ..2 people, ok, it's a "democratic process" to get to these two, but the remaining last two didn't exactly come from a bunch of ,say, a dozen or so.And what's democratic about the fact you need 50 million or so to be elligble in the first place. Hmmm, demoCRAZY

Hillary voted for the War in Iraq and against the Levin Amendment making GW go to congress before destroying that country. She can't win against McCain because they both voted for the war.
WAKE UP GAY AMERICA!!

You can "hope come election day that Americans make the right decision" but you are more optimistic than the rest of the world my friend. We have watched Americans make the wrong decision over and over. The last eight years especially.
